Collection: In person coaching

In person coaching; Either 1-1/2-1 personal training or Small group coaching.

All in person coaching clients will receive a personalised training programme and an example meal plan, personalised calorie target and and macro break down for their specific goal, including monthly sas recipe books along side the sessions with me.

4 weekly checkins to track progress and 24/7 support from me via WhatsApp.
